Asset Requisition entry along with Nature of procurement, Item details and justification. The budget for Asset procurement can be compared and controlled. The Requisition can further be processed thru Verification and Approval process.
Asset Inspection management
Asset Inspection can be done based on the predefined templates, which can have testing procedures and defined sequence. The actual results against the tests can be tracked along with the inspection documentation
Asset Installation Management
Installing the Critical assets must follow a well-defined procedure. Different templates based on the Asset subclass ensure that task and instructions are followed meticulously during installation procedure. The documentation and installation report can be attached and retrived along the Asset.
Asset Lifecycle Management
Asset Recording, Tagging, Verification, Approval, Allocation, Controlled Transfer within and across locations, Acceptance by the New owner along with usage policies defined.
Asset Finance Management
The Useful life, Planned Retirement date, financial information , Depreciation and book values , Asset subclass based control, Periodic declaration to help financial control of Asset performance.
Asset Warranty and AMC management
Based on the Support setup parameters on the Asset subclass, the warranty and AMC support for the asset can be defined, monitored and controlled to ensure requisite upkeep of the Assets.
Asset Service Calls
Service Calls can be recorded for assets and the customizable closure procedure can be defined in the system to ensure that the calls are closed as per the defined standards and TAT (Turn-Around-time).
Asset Spares Management
The Spares inventory management can be tracked effectively using this module. The Spares estimation can be done for a service call and can follow an approval workflow. The stores interface handles the issue and return of spares inventory. Accordingly the transactional log and the closing stocks are controlled.
Asset Retirement
The Asset Retirement process displays the procurement data, current values, planned retirement dates and current asset status to take informed retirement request and approvals. The profit and loss on Assets can be calculated and passed to finance systems.
