qbTask
qbTask is the central functional unit of the application. All tasks pending for users’ action reflect in this window. It includes primary and secondary filters, sorting sequences, completion dates and action links.
qbWebApp
The Web based IT application generated as per structure defined in process modeling. The UI is the direct output of the qbforms and hence any layout chages, field sequencing, field types can be swiftly handled. Submission of completed activity initiates process workflow.
qbReport
Automation and Information are two important aspects of I.T. applications. Providing right information to authorized users through Inbuilt reports is the primary function of qbReport along with filter parameters, output fields, sequence, types, calculations, sorting, aggregation. Export facility to excel allows further filtering of the data based on user’s choices.
qbWFengine
The qbWFEngine is the main orchestration backbone of qbDeploy. Upon activation, qbWFengine component determines the next activity, next roles, next actor/employee/group, expected date of completion. The comprehensive setup options enable even the most complex organization structure to be mapped easily for qbWFengine.
qbProcessFlow
Pictorial view of the actual application workflow along with activation period, TATs, sequence of activates, decision, documents etc. Easy reference to all previous versions of the workflow gives the big picture to any system user about the application and impact of his actions on the workflow completion.
qbQuery
qbQuery is an interactive tool to search and analyse information online. Search functionality is quite similar to qbReport but the output data can be viewed in detail. Drilling down to next set of information for each row of the primary information gives comprehensive progressive information of the activities.

qbNotify
Activities, at times slip through the busy schedules of business executives. In order to prevent this, qbNotify presents a strong mechanism for notification, reminders and escalation. Whenever an activity is assigned to a particular actor, he/she is notified along with other required details.
qbMasters
